Our work is ever-evolving, and we are looking for a Management Trainee who operates on that same wavelength. 

Management Trainee Position Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the engagement and sales process by communicating directly with consumers about client purposes
• Offer relevant product information to identify community direction and determine potential sales opportunities
• Build a skilled understanding of client industry and systems to provide effective consumer outreach service
• Meet with executive sales and customer service team members and members of the Management Trainee teams for training on required client operations, sales, and product knowledge
• Collect, maintain, and review sales records for adjustment or modification to marketing strategy

What We Look For in a Management Trainee:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required
• An Associate's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Policy, or a similar field is encouraged
• Knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, business, and communications is encouraged
• Ability to work with other Management Trainees and management team members to build and achieve client goals in sales, product visibility, and service metrics
• Desire to expand knowledge and skills past the entry level through training and proper guidance
